Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Carriers We ship via UPS and USPS depending on your location and order size.

Delivery Timeframes Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Rates Orders under $75 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Oversized Items Some larger items (such as deck boxes, bar tables, and hot tub cover caps) may require additional handling time or special shipping arrangements. If your order is affected, we will contact you within 1–2 business days.

Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
